CBRN Analyst/Project Manager
Job Description: A Project Manager to support National Guard. Client responsible for the full range of First Respondent Training related to countering the threat from chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (C-CBRN) weapons. Individual will lead, conduct and support projects, including developing study approach, managing the projects, site assessments, developing briefings, papers and final reports, and completing all deliverables including program smart book (PSB). Types of projects supported by the Program include: CBRN Master Plan and implementing roadmaps, Education, Training & Exercises Initiative, CBRN Concepts of Operations development and implementation, CBRN outreach, as well as a range of staff support activities. Position involves a range of research, analysis, execution, travel, management, and staffing activities, as well as significant client interaction. Involves an understanding of both U.S. National Guard policy and operations.
Education/Skills: College degree, preferably in political science, national security, or related field or equivalent. Must have a minimum of 3+ years of CBRN contracting with National Guard or related experience and TRADOC training. Exceptional research, analysis and writing skills required, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas to a variety of professional audiences. Proven ability to manage complex projects resulting in the delivery of high-quality products for presentation to senior National Guard leaders, NET, CBRN Delta training execution and TTX training. Ability to work in strong team environment required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Project Professional products, including PowerPoint and other common software applications, is required.
