
Key Engineering Group, Ltd. (KEY) of Milwaukee, WI, and its business partners have been awarded a 5 year, estimated 24 million dollars per year contract with the United States National Guard. KEY and its three small business partners (Washington, DC, Atlanta, and Raleigh, NC companies) received the announcement from the National Guard on September 4, 2008 that our team was selected and awarded this 5 year contract valued at almost 100 million dollars. KEY will be providing the CBRNE (Chemical, Biological, Radioactive, Nuclear, and Explosive) training and emergency response assessments and evaluations at National Guard bases throughout the United States. CBRNE first responder programs will be an integral part of the National Guard’s ability to more effectively and efficiently react to emergency events in the future, if they should occur. KEY will also be involved within the scope of this contract providing engineering and environmental assistance for Master Planning and Installations Systems Reporting programs for National Guard bases around the country.
